When I'm updating my Twitter status I'd prefer not to annoy people with confusing, upside down, glittery, and just plain funky text.
Not to say that it isn't a cool idea though. I'm sure some younger kids will find it very amusing, and will annoy all their friends with it on instant messengers such as MSN.

Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll have much need for this website. If an article is interesting to the reader flipping text or other gimmicks can quickly put off the reader. When we are reading we don't need bumps and humps. We need smooth uninterrupted information. On the web we need chunked paragraphs of info with good solid communication skills. If it some type of entertainment book where you one could read it while in a waiting room, bath room, or waiting for your spouse, then creative textual images can be fun and diverting. It is not for the dissemination of information.

Flipping text is not going to make a boring article interesting. It might in fact irritate the reader.
