JetBlue
Everything they say about JetBlue? It's true - and then some. The only disappointing part of my JetBlue experience thus far has been in seeing that they only fly to NYC from Seattle. Here at JFK, they provide free Wi-Fi… FREE WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS for everybody. Oh, and they also set up a huge area for those of us who require power - with plenty of outlets to go around. Uh, so… tell me why all the other airlines and airports on the planet aren't this clueful? We're in the JetBlue terminal, so the experience appears to be completely owned by them - from the day spa, to the hair salon, to the kid's play area. This is the way air travel should be - are you listening, airline industry?! No wonder American Airlines, Delta, United, etc. are having problems. Compared to JetBlue, everything else is a total waste of time and money.
Then, there's the actual FLIGHT - which I enjoyed just as much (at least, coming out here). Before the doors shut, the pilot came out and welcomed us “in pesron.” It was five hours en route, overnight, but the in-seat satellite television was supremely appreciated. They even claim that you can “ask for another soda,” although I don't typically drink much when I'm on a plane. Plus, their snack options were not hydrogenated. What the hell is going on here?! Am I in an episode of the Twilight Zone?! Is there something on the wing?! THIS AIRLINE IS AMAZING!!! David Neeleman, you get it.
So, JetBlue? As long as you never change your tune, I'll always sing for you.

Another advantage of JetBlue seems to the other passengers. I took the JetBlue Seattle -> JFK red eye once. The plane was mostly full. We all managed to get on and seated so quickly we actually left the gate ahead of schedule, a novel experience in my dozens of cross country flights.

I'm fairly sure the reason other airlines don't do things like this is because they're broke and loosing money. They just don't have the money to do these things. Don't get me wrong, if they can't handle the competition then let them go broke and under. I'm just saying, the major airlines are borked right now.

JetBlue is coming to Portland (PDX) in a month or so, offering a non-stop flight to NY. They're going to say “Hi” by offering $99 flights, both ways. Hmm. I've always wanted to check out NY.

Jet Blue Rawks much, the are always so friendly and the tv and snacks are scrumdiddlyumptious.

It is great from Seattle Chris but going to work after landing at JFK at the crack of Dawn is tough. I found that a run from a health club woke me up and gave me the energy for a few hours.
Needed the health club as many hotels would not let me check in at 7 or 8 am.

I met David Neeleman more than 20 years ago in Recife-Brasil while he was a missionary in my home town. The reason for the success of his company JetBlue Airways is because he is a man who has decided to do anything to acomplish his goals. David Neeleman is an example of entreperneur to be followed by the world.

I hate JetBlue with a fiery passion. Their crew was rude, I had a 5 hour layover, at JFK. Going from Chicago to Austin. 5 hours. in NY. really? I had enough time to spend 1 hour in the city so THAT was cool i suppose minus the cab fare, but still. The terminal’s are gross, the crew is rude, the landings were terrible. You get what you pay for and I would have rather spent the extra hundred bucks and been happy and get my miles instead of trying to cheap my way thru the trip. Never again will I fly Jetblue
