It doesn't matter if it is an ITC Touch, Samsung, O2, or even LG, and many other models who have made Windows a part of their Technology. And not to forget, a Windows Mobile can work very well despite the numerous sizes of screens found in a particular model of phone, be it small or big, touch-screen or not.Even older models of PocketPC can somewhat be upgraded to the latest Windows Mobile if you get to know with assistance from known developers.iPhone on the other hand, as a layman user, is simply attractive. Interface is good, very readable, colorful. Email is better over Windows Mobile. Uses touch-sensitive feature and eliminated the stylus, battery is far longer, and has big storage capacity for storage. But it is locked solely for you to only buy apple apps for it.However, It is somewhat funny that when the older version of iPhone was manufactured, they forgot to incorporate two of the most basic features which is a mortal sin if it were a Window-based application: the Copy and Paste for it's own office app. This is just one of the reasons why maybe they developed the new iPhone. Kinda wierd for me though why they have to change the entire phone just to do revisions to the iPhone OS. Well, I don't know the reason but maybe, there are strong reasons, and maybe, it is mostly about marketing strategy. However, a Windows mobile still, for me, gets the edge here. It's development has a gradual climb through the years learning from its previous mistakes and correcting those. And I have been enjoying tons of free and very useful applications that an iPhone obviously couldn't have. And most of all, the price. iPhone is too expensive. For me, it is an overpriced technology for a phone solely locked for apple products alone. A phone for me that is just like a lonely island.

I am a user of the old Windows Mobile 2003SE, and the new Windows Mobile 6.1 and I somewhat tried to compare it with two of my friend’s iPhone phones, one of my friend owned an earlier version and my other friend owned the latest iPhone.

All I could do is to see the advantages of both and balance what can be balanced.

But I couldn’t balance both and even my friends themselves who owns those phones came to realize the flexibility of both my old windows mobile and my new one.

Windows allows other developers to incorporate new features into it. I have an iPhone and i enjoyed doing the TOUCH, the VIDEOS, MUSICS and WEB surfings but it didn't SATISFY my NEED when it comes to BUSINESS USE. I'm using a PPC since the ERA of WIndows CE. The BEST part of the WM is the SYNC to the Laptop or PC particularly during BUSINESS Travel, you can use your PPC as a MODEM etc. IPhone is a new TECHNOLOGY but LACK of RESOURCES, it can't even HELP you to SEARCH your CONTACTS or SEARCH any WORDS from your EMAIL or SMS. If you want to AMAZE your FRIENDS ONLY, show the iPhone; but if you want to MAKE your LIFE esier USE the WM6 PPC.

Windows mobile is still the BEST when it comes to APPLICATIONS and FREEDOME.
