iPhone vs Mobile Phones

http://live.pirillo.com/ – The iPhone succeeds where other phones fail, but a couple of things still need to be fixed; for example, you can’t synchronize your outlook contacts with your iPhone. AT&T said they could fix this problem for an additional $15 service fee.

This is the exact reason most people hate their mobile provider: extraordinarily high fees, expensive service plans, and way too many hidden fees and charges.

Every service provider has their perks and disadvantages. What service provider do you use? Are they good, bad, or mediocre?

Or these other dealbreakers for the iPhone:
1) No subscription-based music capability
2) No changable battery
3) No ToDo List
4) Notes don’t sync to Outlook
5) No real keyboard
6) No third-party software (games, business application, book readers, etc)
Why would I buy a phone that is significantly more expensive than a Treo with these basic shortcomings?
