Internet Speed Test
http://live.pirillo.com/ – Some people use cable to access the Internet, while other people use DSL. The debate has raged on as to which one is fastest, but if you want to find out if you’re getting your monies worth then you’ll need to check your broadband connection with a speed test.
Broadband Reports (formerly DSL Reports) offers a wide variety of services, including broadband tracking and speed tests.
Speedtest is a speed testing network with multiple nodes throughout the United States and Canada.
When using an online speed test you need to do multiple tests to get the best overall average, because your connection speed will fluctuate over time. So you may want to test once in the morning, once in the afternoon, and again at night, and do this over the course of several days.
What service do you use to test your Internet connection?
