Inside Out
What do these five words have in common: purple, binary, insomnia, Vegas, and dot. I don't know for sure, but I'm aiming to find out ASAP. Thoughts welcome.

Well for me, it's what's happening right now. While I'm on the internet checking “dot this” an “dot that”, I'm watching “Purple Rain” and dreaming of vacation spots I can't go to this year. All this because I can't sleep.

Purple=your shirt color from today.
Binary=Computer geek or related.
Insomnia=You can't sleep.
Vegas=Either your going or you want to go.
Dot=something to do with your site!

I'll use a little Cliff Clavin logic here:

If you turn all the letters into number form being that a=1, b=2, etc., and add them all up it equals 344, the same amount as the saying, Gnomedex III will rock the house in 2003 (2+0+0+3). What does this mean? It means I have way too much time on my hands to figure that out……

If you're in Vegas and you're trying to figure out how to write a dot in binary, you can become purple in the face and get insomnia. Getting purple in the face is like going red in the face but you don't get so red because most of the blood is right up there in your brain because you're thinking so hard. * Pant! Pant! *

Here's my shot, your face turn purple because you're counting money (vegas) in binary and not to sure where to put the dots, causing you insomnia… What am I talking about here???

In binary programming you have a start bit & a STOP bit.
Insomnia; can't STOP being awake.
Vegas never STOPs.
A dot is a fullSTOP.
Purple ribbon is to STOP abuse.

Sounds like it has SOMETHING to do with REBOOT . . . but I'm not sure . . .
On another note, Chris, your wife gave me a chocolate pie (http://gretchen.pirillo.com/archives/week_2003_02_09.html#004004)! Are you gonna stand for that! I wouldn't let MY wife go around just giving people pie! So whatchoo gonna do about it, HUH!?

There is this sweet lady at this wedding chapel in Las Vegas, her name is Dorothy, but she goes by Dot.. for a small fee, she'll be a witness for your nuptials. She tells this story of the day she swears that the artist formerly known as Prince came into the chapel in a purple jumpsuit. He said that he wanted to get married to Apolonea, the girl of his dreams.. that he suffers insomnia.. .and he calls it a gift rather than a curse.
Dot, shared with him about the terrible dreams of binary codes melting on the sides of buildings and that she wishes she never saw that movie with that Keanu Reeves devil.
Dot is a sweet old lady, but she has an active imagination. Just pay her the fee and let her sign your Marriage license Chris

If you look closesly, that wasn't binary code in the matrix, it looked to be like ascii…but in actuality it was a BUNCH of differnt characters, most of it was Japanese Katakana though…I always thought that weird…

You're in Vegas, watching the a dot on the dice while it bounces around on some purple velvet while staying up really late (insomnia) and you'll either win (1) or not (0) (binary).
