Just about unsubscribe from all of your newsletters. The sidebar picture in your 1/18/02 Windows Daily is not appropriate. A quick glance would indicate your are giving the “finger” to your readers. Not something that I would like to be associated with. However, a closer view indicates that while close, the finger is not the one associated with the “finger” sign. My advise is to be careful of what you post. Adding readers is a goal that should be foremost on your mind. Having a picture like this makes one wonder if that is indeed is the case.
Well, Jim – I hope you don't mind if I share your disgust with the rest of the world. You had me laughing so hard I nearly fell out of my chair. In fact, I'll stick my ass in front of the camera at some point tonight. That moon will be for you, my ex-subscribing friend. You need to: a) get a life; b) leave the computer every once in a while; and c) stop being so [bleeping] sensitive.

I read in the paper yesterday that Mary Ann (from Gilligan's Island) is appearing in the Chicago presentation of the Vagina Monologues. I don't know if you and Gretchen have seen this, but I was just beet-red during the whole thing. Ginger Grant, I could understand, but Mary Ann? Chris, on the Gilligan's island scale of offensive things you can do to your readers/viewers, your finger and your ass are about as offensive as a coconut creme pie. Mary Ann in the monologues… now that's offensive.

Hey, perhaps you (the commmenters) should tone down your idolization of Chris Pirillo a little bit. I've been a lockergnome subscriber since day one, and can never remember Chris berating someone like that when they comment (ahh, the first amendment) on his actions. I'm close to unsubscribing now, too, but only to the Windows Daily, because I'm tired of seeing the link to Chris's amazon wish list…lockergnome has gone from fun to just another way to be greedy…
