Would somebody please tell me why some other person on this planet has bothered to purchase the keywords for dog humping on Google?

It means that when someone types in 'humping dog' or something related to that an ad comes up on the right side of the screen with a link to a website related to that topic — there usually trying to sell something, thats why there paying Google.
