Me too! Except that mine is a new install….so I'm not able to compare it to the version before.

Me three, and mine is a new install too, because MT 1.4 never would install on my Qube. 2 Seems to work fine, though. Woo-hoo.

Well I upgraded, MT 1.4 was just as great. I guess except that you could not get it to install on your Qube, Phil. That's weird.

I figured it was user error on my part, but when I got it to install on my powerbook running X.1, I realized I was up against bad linux juju that I couldn't beging to understand.

I installed it as well, I managed to totally screw it up through a browser upload, and then I fixed it through the http://ftp. It's wonderful, too many new features to count.

I will as soon as I get my own host. My ISP (PRODIGY!!!!) will not allow me to run CGI script and doesn't have perl installed on their servers, according to their tech support. I can't wait! Chris turned mo on to blogs and I can't wait to get my page up… Hope to see you at Gnomdex!!!
Cheers
Ira

Easiest. Upgrade. Ever.
Installing the MT for the first time made me cry like a little girl, but upgrading was so simple and nice. I'm even tempted to go donate; I would do it in a heartbeat if I weren't in such academic and financial straits.
P.S. Chris, did you know the background color of your comments body is not declared? I see the gnome, then a flood of grey because I am a Power User (*smirk*) and changed my default Windows color scheme.

I will also upgrade as soon as I switch hosts. I had just setup MT 1.4 when IMHosed (IMHosted) upgraded the servers and trashed the whole works. Since they seem to be unwilling/unable to get me back on the air, I am switching to Radio for the time being.

I love 2.0. Love it. No, really, I love it. In case you wondered… Although I am still doing BlogOmania client upgrades - the people that had 1.4 installed just a few weeks ago get 2.0 upgraded for free. I *strongly* encourage everyone to make the $20 donation - if nothing else you will increase the traffic on your site, but more importantly you will help support even further development! MT ROCKS!
