In The Middle Of Our Street
Here's a Pirillo exclusive! No, it's NOT an ultrasound – Gretchen isn't pregnant (at least, to my knowledge). I probably won't post this link anywhere else, so that should make you feel more special than you already are. It's a walking tour of Our House (which is, ironically enough, in the middle of our street). I didn't spend too much time on putting it together, so don't expect gold. Originally, I was going to post it in the newsletter, but the WMV was a little too large for my liking. Since there are less people who visit my blog, I figured I'd limit the compilation's exposure to this audience. Enjoy!

Can I move into the maid's quarters? I'm quiet, and I can make Easy Mac.

Chris,
You and Gretchen have great taste! Well done! Nice design choices. It has a very peaceful, warm feeling to it. I wish you and Gretchen many happy, healthy years there filled with love and prosperity.

Nice pad there Chris and Gretchen. Chris wassup with the .WMA file. You have that beautiful iMac sitting on your desk…LOL. Let's see some .mov files. Quicktime is awesome. Is it possible to change a .wma file into a .mov file…..Hmmmm. I tried but it didn't work. I'll look for a program that can do this. Nice home…….enjoy

I'm such a girl — what did I drool over most? All the shelves, cabinets, and the (gas) stove. Sigh…

What a great place, Chris! Congratulations to you both. I can't believe what a spacious place it is. Considering I've always heard San Fran is $$$$, I always assumed those townhomes were small and narrow. Your cam proves otherwise.
OK, do you have baby on the brain… is that a sign of things to come you old married man?
I take back what I've said if this is a sore spot.

I suck. I played records on an 80's radio station for 3 years and didn't get it until I watched the freakin' video! I lost my touch. A sad day, indeed. But you can't go wrong with a little Madness in your life. Enough about me – looks like you've settled in nicely! Seeing the “after” shot makes me want to get a new place. Of course, if I saw everything that transpired between the before and after…I'd remember how much moving sucks a fat one. Enough babble…

Yes, sharing the amount we pay for rent is a little too personal, sorry.

Wow, what a spacious apartment and it already looks like y'all have lived there forever. I can't imagine having that kind of space in SF from all I have heard about the real estate situation there. One question, you said that Sprocket has a doggie door where he runs with the landlord's dog? Where is it? Does have have to go down that steep stairway to go in and out?
Love the windows and the hardwood floors!

The front staircase isn't steep at all! (Thank goodness!) Maybe the video makes it look that way, though. There is a doggie door in the laundry room that goes out to a spiral staircase down to the deck/patio.

What a nice pad you guys have! I have been to SF and from the outside, the houses don't look that big since they are so close together. Looks like you guys got a good deal. Hope you have many happy memories and years there. Thanks for the tour!

Great video and soundtrack. Beautiful house. Whose is it? I *know* there must be at least one room full of miscellaneous computer paraphernalia strewn about.
