I get hundreds of “help” requests every week – especially to my TechTV account. I read them all, but instead of sending separate replies, I usually wait until I have about 500 messages cached. Then, I blast out a general response. Here's a snippet of what I sent this time around: Despite yesterday's overly-caffeinated “sports” show, I'll be returning to the studio on Monday to pump out another hour of technophun – technology information for both technophobes and technophiles. It's my new sniglet.

Well, the new issue of CPU magazine just arrived on my doorstep. Pardon me while I step away from the computer for another two hours (to read it cover-to-cover).
