From What We Call the News…
There was a time not long ago
when each and every day
at six o’clock each evening
you knew news was on its way
from anchors of integrity…
It’s all downhill from there.
Then along came cable
and the ratings race ensued
Great legends found themselves replaced with…
It gets really, REALLY silly around 1:24. Extremely silly:

Yeah, it’s yours truly (along with two friends, Robert Scoble and Mike Arrington of TechCrunch). It’s an honor, all around. My life is now complete.

to fame during the 2004 U.S. presidential election with videos like “The Land,” has created a new video series called the “The News” and has decided to include some bloggers. Blogger and friend Mike Arrington is featured with bloggers Robert Scoble and Chris Pirillo around the 1:20 mark of the video below. If you squint while watching, you might catch a glimpse of my face in the crowd of people. [IMG]

featured as part of the only 3% of Americans that can point to Kabul on a map (my guess is that they cheated and did an online search). It’s pretty cool to see your friends immortalized in something as infamous JibJab. Here’s more from Mike and Chris.

AHA! I saw that on CNN while waiting in the airport yesterday (I’m at another airport right now, sigh) and I swore it looked like you. But I figured distance from the screen and airport fatigue had fooled me.
Very cool.
