Oh my goodness, I'd never seen that before, that poor man!!!! Was he so nervous he just crushed it in his hands???

I remember seeing that on another bloopers show a couple months ago. (maybe during sweeps?) I was at work and I remember saying “I saw that when it happened!” Poor guy, that must have just been terrible for him.
