I'm Going Home

This is crazy: I've got a 6:30AM flight out of SFO, which means I should be there by 4:30, which means I should be awake by 3:30, which means I should go to bed five minutes ago. I'll be “home” in less than a day, helping Lori and the gang with final preparations for Gnomedex. I won't be without broadband for too long, though; friends have pointed out a few of the local wireless Internet hotspots for me. I may even be making “appearances” at some of them, to help fuel the hype for our upcoming conference. If you haven't already downloaded and printed out the flyer, please do. If you hadn't already noticed, I've now got a photoblogroll – which is German for “latest picture from phone shows up right here automatically.” See, right below my soon-to-be “on location” Webcam shot.

Good Night Chris…..Good Night John Boy….

Have a safe flight! And have fun! :)

Chris, I see you on GnomeDex 2004!
Have a great time! Post often!

I love your site Chris, very nice work man. Why arn't you hosting on TechTV anymore? I came back from vacation and notice that Leo Laporte took over. Something you didn't want to mention or what? I tried looking for an answer on your site here in the archives but nothing.

Dude, I couldn't locate a Peet's within 250 miles of Des Moines. I see two options: 1. Grab all the blend you can carry and take it with you. 2. Borrow Britney's private coffee runner jet and have it delivered fresh and hot to your doorstep on demand.
Gnomedex 3 looks like it's going to be a riot. Wish I could make it.

Bring back souveneirs for us! =D

Take Me!!!! Take Me!!!! ARRRG,
Maybe next year.

Wow, any tips on doing the photoblogroll? Toooooo cool! I *heart* Textamerica!

Local wifi hotspots in Des Moines? I didn't know there were that many. Maybe your friends know of some in Omaha, too?

What Do You Think?
