As you stated above, there is nothing grassroots about this whatsoever, this is a mistake on Apple&#039;s part.</description>

		<description>You say you don&#039;t feel like converting your WMA files to another proprietary format. I don&#039;t blame you, why not just convert them to mp3? They will play in iTunes, Win Media Player, and a slew of others. Gosh, I bet they even play on Ponzi&#039;s shuffle!</description>

		<description>Have no fear, grasroots folks like us will carry the medium.  Obviously any time there&#039;s something new out their, corporations will try to make some money at doing it.
One scenario I see working is if Disney lets employees do an employee podcast, or ESPN lets the producers or back stage folks have a stab at a podcast, and not just on air paid talent.  That is how podcasting can keep its &quot;Grassrootsness&quot;
I agree though, Apple did the medium a huge favor by getting this into iTunes quickly.</description>
