Trust me when I say, that the ONLY way to really get around NYC is via Public Transportation - AKA The Subway. 1 Day pass to use subways and busses unlimited in only 7 bucks! They also have a 7-day unlimited use pass for 21 bucks. it's definately worth it. since each way, the normal faire is 2.50, so it pays for itself in no time.

You DROVE in NYC? In fact, I saw Spamalot while I was there, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it! Seriously, it is totally worth the ticket price. The performances are great, and the content is absolutely hilarious.
In terms of a pastrami sandwich, you *have* to go to Carnegie Deli near 57 and 7th. It's basically right next to the Park Central hotel, which is where I stayed. Their meals are legendary, and it's fun to see the pictures of all the celebrities that have been there. From personal experience, I can honestly tell you that their pastrami sandwich will change your life. ;)

I just came back from a three-day trip to NYC on Friday, and as always, I had an absolutely amazing time.
