Especially if you are a business relying on your internet to work when you need it most. DSL is a shared and distance sensitive connection. I work for a company who does provide ecellent service and amazing phone and internet products. I can usually save businesses money and upgrade thier services to a T1 internet line, which is dedicated to them.
