I Had a Dream

Okay, so last night, as I'm drifting off to sleep, I witnessed a (possibly) new episode of Monk. This lead me to dream about… how the chick who plays Natalie Teager had been stealing from the evidence lab all along, and that she wound up becoming a drugie after stealing a young couple's piece of (no joke) pet American cheese. This couple loved their pet cheese so much – it was such a faithful slice, but would it remember them when they were reunited? That remained to be seen. We raided the home of the kidnappers and were attacked by baseball bats and sharp Ginsu knives. Luckily, nobody was killed – but we did escape with the pet cheese, which was being held in the refrigerator in an old Chinese take out carton. It was a little tattered and torn – but nothing a gentile ironing couldn't fix. The good ol' American cheese DID remember his parents! Everybody was happy – until the kidnappers called the dogs on us. Then the dogs called other dogs, and pretty soon, the entire neighborhood was crawling with dogs. Who was going to emerge the victor? We didn't know, but we tried to win them over to our side by offering them great long distance plans (a move that was mirrored by the opposition, with a female celebrity endorsement). Eventually, we had the dogs on our side, and we raided the kidnapper's house again to make sure that all the original crime scene evidence was returned to the police station.
