The ability to view all messages in plain text is nice (it does allow you to switch to the original format after you open the message), the fact it blocks external content links is a nice security/anti-spam feature, and of course the (finally!) arrival of a much improved online/offline cached mode just rocks when Outlook is used in a corporate/Exchange Server setting.
