I have had many problems with allergies and other unpleasant symptoms for such a long time that it is good to read about healthy alternatives. Thanks for the good info.

I used the neti pot but found something called Navage that was easier to use. I liked it because I didn't have to mix my own solution. I found it a lot easier!

I've used one for 2-3 years now and no longer get sinus infections like I use to do in the winter. I recommand them to all my friends who suffer in the winter with sinus problems.

I recently picked up something similar, but instead of the Neti pot, I got one of the sinus rinse things, so it has a bit more pressue. It's basically a bottle with a tube in it so that you can hold the bottle upright and squeeze the water & salt mixture out easily.

The more regularly I use it, the better I feel. It helps clean out my sinuses, and feels a lot safer than taking lots of pills or using sprays. I don't know if I'd call it a miracle cure, but it's definitely a cheap and easy way to help.

Very highly recommend the neti pot solution v. using a bunch of tylenol sinus. Once you get past the "eww gross" factor, the relief it provides is almost instantaneous. However, be very careful when you blow your nose afterward. As they say in the instructions, gentle is the key, otherwise you could end up with an inner ear infection. Just be gentle!

I routinely come down with sinus infections. The neti pot lessens their severity and seems to shorten the length of the problem. My wife and I are now both fans; ehich reminds me, it's about time to dig it out again. Happy flushing...
