Nice demo! I don't wear a tie often, but I have one that zips up to save me the trouble of tying the tie. Looking sharp, Chris!

I worked in a performing arts center in High School where I learned the intricacies of the Windsor, half-Windsor,and the coachman knots. The only one I ever still use is the half-windsor.

My knots aren't usually crooked like that, you have to pay attention to be straight when you round the tie over the knot before bringing it between your collar and knot to finish it.

If I wasn't 100% straight looping around, I usually hold the loop as I snake the tie trough it and when I tighten the knot so it doesn't move.

Good advice, but I probably won't remember it. Still, it is something you SHOULD teach people to do. Not you as in YOU, but as in people.

I never had a problem with tieing a tie. I always had a problem with remembering how to freaking tie them! When I relearned, I always then had the funky knot at the top. It was either too fat, or too skinny. Then I had the problem of how to keep it long enough cuz I am mega tall. All in all, very good.
