My boss desided to pull such a prank by installing a simulated virues which caused all of the alfa numeric letters to drop to the bottom of the screen. I was so busy working on other PCs that I never got to mine until the end of the day. By that time my boss had already left and gotot to tell me what he did. One of my counter parts was in on the joke and told me what happened just so I didn't perform a format. I could not let this slide and came up with a plan to get him back. The next morning as my boss came in to door I mentioned about having dicovered a virus and my PC and I immediately called the military police. They were to showup shortly to do an investigation on how this could have posibly happened. Whoever brought this virus to work would be hughly reprimanded. Can you imagine ... our department, was the one incharge of removing virues from government PCs and our own department was the one infested. The irony. The reaction and expression on my bosses face was absolutely priceless. At that point, he then told me what he had done, was profusely apologetic and at the same time was trying come up with a good excuse for the police. I tried to be as serious as I could and I only managed to last 10 minutes. I couldn't hold it any longer and the expression on my face finally gave it away.
