Typically, what you put into it is what you get out of it. To make money online, you have to apply yourself. Find your niche, and run with it.
There are many different ways to make money online. You can blog on your own site, or as part of a blog network. If you blog, you’ll need to keep at it daily, make sure you can write well about original content, and make sure it’s content that people are looking for.
You could offer a service. My Dad is an Accountant. I told him he should put together a small website, set up a free PayPal account, and charge people $20.00 a shot to answer their Accounting questions. Matter of fact, I think I’ll set it up for him myself. My point is, if you have a service, get it out there. You’ll be amazed at how many people look for answers online.
There’s always eBay. With eBay, you can sell any number of goods, services, and even re-sell some products.
Kat and LordKat both blog on the Lockergnome Blog Network. I have worked hard to put everything in place for you to make money. The tools are already there, you just sign up for free and utilize them by getting your own Google AdSense account. Then start writing! It really is that easy, as long as you put effort into what you’re doing.
I know I’ll get slammed with Spam in the comments, but that’s ok. We’ll just delete everything from Comment Moderation that isn’t legitimate. So go ahead and send me your feedback and money making ideas. We’ll approve the legitimate ones, and share them with the world.

Make no mistake, Chris Pirillo is loaded. There is only one blogger who I know has the ability to publish more content in one day other than myself, and Chris is that guy. Chris is very very savvy withsite content monetizationand is very territorial over his referrals and will get quite pissed off if someone plugs an AFF link in his chat room. I used to watch Chris on TV back during The Screen Saver days. Times were so awesome back then. Remember

Chris says that to succeed online one has to find a niche and dominate it (run with it). No second opinion there, but the common dilemma for many is how to do that. While Chris’ video I refer above (see it below, andread about it here

This is a good subject for these economic times, my computer tech service is popular in my local area not because of my 37 years of working with computers, but more so because I am honest to my customers, sometimes brutally honest, but in these times people value that honesty more than anything else.

he mentioned ebay and it realy can pay off if you got the time and patience, and also a bit of money to start you off, about £100 should start you off buying and selling just about anything, only expect about 3% profit tho, but the more you sell the more income.

Chris does make lovely money from blogging but he also gets income from Apple and is good friends with Steve Jobs. Unfortunately, he no longer works for Microsoft but gets a deep bucket of bucks from Apple for his help and suggestions in helping them marketing their products, like the mac brands. Sometimes he is a bit unorthodox in his tactics; one of which is to discredit Microsoft in order to help promote Apple for a higher share in the computer market.

You can always sell domains online, one domain can sell for alot of money but its alt of waiting for someone who wants one of your domains and is willing to pay for it. But there are ways to not be legit with it.

Probably unconventional, but it seems to work: trading in virtual goods in online 3D communities. World of Warcraft and Second Life come to mind.
I’ve not tried WoW, but I hear some sought-after items can fetch in the hundreds of dollars.
Joined Second Life a month ago, and the commerce there is quickly evident. Virtual land owners can develop businesses in large amounts of hard real money. Designers can create clothes and accessories for users’ 3D avatars, and set up shops to sell them. It’s a fascinating niche.

Affiliate systems are great when and only when (IMHO) the kick backs are huge (percentage-wise). Without trying to spam, the hosts we use, which are linked to in the left column of my site, give you $10 per month ongoing as long as someone remains signed up with them… the first account only costs you $24.95 per month, so sign up three other people and you’re already profiting $5.95 each and every month. Unfortunately you don’t get any % of their referrals, but most of the few people I’ve pushed down this route have no clue about offering the hosting to someone else anyway.
I can see the sense in blogging on a networks such as Lockergnome, but I think I’d be doing it to drive visitors to my site rather than gain a presumably paltry blaugh.com/ncome from the seldom clicked Adsense… or am I being naive?

I did affilliate schemes for a few years but because they routinely cheated me out of earnings by removing the tracking code from their conversion page. I feel like I have never been cheated on my Adsense account, simply make consistent earnings.

Music reviews at LockerGnome??? I can definitely accomplish that. Been writing reviews on music and live shows for 4 years now.
Sell digital images, or tileable textures for game devlopment at a host site? Host Sites usually take about 30%
