They are getting paid to do their job, and instead, by all means, tell them they should twitter away their time instead of actually do their jobs.  With unemployment rising and people being laid off from jobs, it might make sense to be productive at work and leave the nonsense for your private time.  60% of the people who sign on to Twitter don&#039;t return the next month, which tells me this is a fad that&#039;s going to fade soon unless Twitter comes up with another time waster for people.
