		<description>I tried to do what you said but a screen comes on and say&#039;s do you want to let it make changes to your computer with the yes in gray and the no in blue. This happens on any thing I do I was on line with verizon to set up internet ,(she had control ) we tried for 3 hours and she gave up PLEASE could help me with this problem God Bless        mark</description>

		<description>ignore the top comment, what i mean is when i try to go to the section of the UAC, it won&#039;t let me because it says please enter an Admin password and press ok, but when i tried to type the password it won&#039;t let me, this happens to me everytime i go to an icon that has a guard.</description>
