I already know that I spend way too much time on the internet. It doesn't matter if it's playing games online, looking at my favorite news sites or just generally looking around and exploring. A big part of each and every day is spent sitting in front of an LCD screen in one form or another.

Probably the only thing that could possibly curtail my internet usage would be a bandwidth cap from my internet service provider. Right now that's AT&T DSL and they are, unfortunately, currently testing that idea in some parts of the country. So if Slife includes a means to track ones bandwidth usage that would be welcome indeed.

Odd, I started looking for an app to do JUST THIS 2-3 days ago, and I've gotten some great recommendations!

Someone suggested RescueTime, which I'm using now. It has a good amount of features, and some special (paid) options for groups, teams and offices.

I'm looking forward to trying out your suggestions!
