I use (and develop) a personal wiki called Luminotes. With it I can easily make links between all of my notes and ideas.

Chris, great tip with Evernote, I joined last night after watching your video, and I am amazed of the technology behind it. Pretty cool stuff, that recognition technology. I currently use Google Notes, pretty good, but the c/p is annoying sometimes.

This a great service. It will be better once we can clip web pages from an iPhone. Are they going to be creating a native iPhone app?
