How Do You Stay Motivated to Lose Weight?

If you Google weight loss tips, my blog post full of tips will be one of the first results. When I exercise on my Gazelle in the mornings, I tend to zone out by playing my Xbox. I also, of course, count calories. But how do you stay motivated when you’re trying to lose weight? I’ve found one resource that may help you, over at Gyminee.

well watching chris on the treadmill helps. gosh that was scary.
Actually motivation comes in the form of support from family and friends when you make the decision to loose weight.. If you have set backs, do not be hard on yourself but just try, continue to try and you will see changes, success!

I checked out Gyminee and it seems great. I think the online social communities can be successful if you stick with it and be intereactive. Anyone interested in joining a great weight loss community should also checkout SparkPeople. I think Spark offers all that Gyminee has and more. Plus, Sparkpeople is 100% free!
