It's a painfully grueling process. In the morning with my morning coffee, during the day on my blackberry bold (or iPhone or Curve, whichever device I am using), and at night when I get home. I am the president of my own company that is taking off very well, but I also am an IT manager for a AT&T agent. So I have 4 email addresses that i MUST monitor at all times, and about 7 others that are used daily but don't need to be monitored all day. I do the best I can, but I treat my inboxes like I do showering. I can't wake up or go to sleep without one, or in my inbox's case.... with out making sure every email is handled and archived properly.
