I really enjoyed this video, I struggle with writing, online communication, etc.

I think you are correct when you say some people are more intelligent than they sound/appear online…it is often not the content (what you say, words you use) rather how you say it (and online we don’t always have the benefit of audio/visual).

As you can tell by what I’m writing here, my skills are not that great, I think I’ll head on over to the site you recommended.
