		<description>I&#039;ve owned the first and the second. The first way to do it would be to turn off 3G unless you need it. Set the email check interval for as long as you can possibly take it, turn down the brightness on the phone (there is no need to have it at it&#039;s highest setting), set the &quot;sleep mode&quot; to a minute (which is the lowest. Turn off bluetooth visability (which is a &quot;duh&quot; part because of security). Basically turn down and off everything you need</description>
