Well lets see, i havent ben out of my room with the a/c in the window so i really dont know how warm it is out there, i jus take enough food inthe morning and then sit back n realax n listen to 2 songs over n over again because i have obsoutly nothing to do. to bad i dont got tech tv in here… not that theres much to watch on it nemore. ooh its cold in here freeeeezing. heh heh.

The intense heat of a laptop can be very bad news when it comes to testicular symmetry.
I used to have a Dell laptop which would get really hot whenever I used it – the problem was that as the battery was on the left, I found that it was only my left goolie which started to swell.
My theory was that because the laptop was going to get hot anyway, I'd rather that both of my knutz were irradiated to the same size as opposed to me walking about with a watermelon on one side and a grape on the other!
I was therefore left with no choice but to buy another battery for the right side of the computer…
… they are so large now that if I painted them black and stood on my head, people would get me mixed up with Mickey Mouse!!! :o)

yea, its really hot. my computer is hitting 70DegC when it gets too hot in my room! mad stuff. its like 37DegC in my room and 20 outside. that idea of ice cream would work on my machine. pitty its so conductive!

It was hot plus humid today here in Tucson, I sweated from places I don't want to think about. I know this has probably be hashed and re-hashed here but I guess your not part of Tech Tv anymore. Call for Help rocked while you were on there. It's too bad, what happened?

just don't start melting. then the little gnome icon will start to look like a Dali painting. and the “Hello Dali” jokes would get old very quick.
tomorrow, go out and get yourself a carton of Lime-ade. it's quite refreshing, IMHO.

You darn people living on the coast grr ;) Every summer here about 4 hours away from SF it gets in the 100's. A/C is a must lol. Nothing like back east heat though thank goodness, I'd die back there.

Well, my wife is from Louisiana, now we live in Davenport, Iowa, and she thinks the weather here is great compared to down there. So, don't ever have Gnomedex in New Orleans. ;-)

Back in the day when I was growing up in the city, we didn't have air conditioning. I grew up in a row home, with windows wide open and about 10 fans in windows and in the house blowing the air around.
I survived just fine.
I don't think I could sleep very well without it now, but I think we have all become to pampered and used to air conditioning where it is just as needed as heat is now.
