Chris | Live Tech Support | Video Help | Add to iTunes

http://live.pirillo.com/ - Ponzi is having trouble getting everything installed that she will need for our trip to Germany. So, of course, I had to give her a hand!

Apparently, Ponzi decided to take a shortcut to get things to watch on the plane… and downloaded TV Shows from iTunes. Of course, that didn’t go as planned… and I find out not only won’t the iPod sync, it also is making a grinding noise! Stay tuned for the next video to see that conclusion!
