Heaven on Earth – Geek Style
Reading a thread this evening on Geeks got me thinking. It talked about how if there were Heaven on Earth, what a wonderful place it would be for us Geeks! Can you even imagine? No more slow computers. No malware, nor any need for malware protection. No more parts that go bad, or become outdated in a matter of months. Ah, the life.
Close your eyes for a moment, and picture it. Now – leave me a comment, and tell me what it is you see in your Geeky Heaven on Earth.
When you’re finished, don’t forget to check out what others in the community are up to, as well!

while i was reading….i couldn’t help but think “So heaven on earth is basically have all things Apple…? Cool!!” yeah, i know, fan boy comment. but really, it is. I have a fast fast computer, I don’t care for malware, no case of parts gone wild so far, and my 2006 iPod still rockz, so, yeah, heaven on earth!! Except when i get into office and that windows crap is forced down my throat… but i sneak onto to the bathroom and play w/ my iPhone for comfort :D

I’d say “no more free tech support for friends and family” would have to be high on my list!

To me it would be a house on the beach. I would have a Pioneer Elite 7.1 home theater. I would also have the most awesome gaming rig ever which would never grow outdated. Not to mention an autographed Michael Buble album :)
Cheers!

p.s. I would also have the gaming rig hooked up to 2 Pioneer 60″ plasma tvs. That’s what I call dual monitors :D ;)

You’re basically talking about iMac 24″ except without the constant updates.
