Happy Easter!

The Easter Bunny won't be visiting our residence tonight. Well, of course, we're not in Seattle this weekend – but everybody's favorite rabbit will also be skipping over where we're staying now. Ponzi and I are staying with my parents, celebrating my mother's birthday today – and prepping for Easter Sunday dinner tomorrow. I think the last time I was staying in this house over Easter was when I was a kid. There will be no hidden plastic eggs for us tomorrow, though. That won't happen until one of us kids has a kid of our own (and who knows when that's going to be). I had a Cadbury creme egg a few weeks ago, and that was enough calories to last me all year. I've always avoided the Peeps, however. Those marshmallow bastards are pure evil. EVIL, I tells ya. So, if you happen to catch the Easter Bunny tonight, tell him I said hello and that we'll see him again in a few years.
