The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, Federal Ministry of
Finance has approved the sum of Twelve Million; Seven Hundred Thousand
United States Dollars being full payment in favor to late Engr. Mark Roehr who was involved in an author accident with his enter family at
Porthercourt Expressway last year December.

My good friend is a contractor with the Nigeria National Petroleum
Corporation; he was awarded a contract for supply of Oil Pipe Line,
Construction and Maintenance of 250 Million (LPG) Gas Plant at Warri
Refinery in the year 2000 at the cost of Twelve Million, Seven Hundred Thousand United States Dollars. He successfully completed executing of the contract last year and waiting payment from the government of Nigeria until his untimely death.

I am the Director, Foreign Project Payment Office of the Presidency,
Federal Republic of Nigeria and close friend to the late Engr. Before
the late Engineers untimely death, I have been assisting him to chase for approval and payment of his contract fund from the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation and Federal Ministry of Finance.

It is unfortunate that the two ministries have now approved his
contract payment while he is not alive to receive the fund. I have been
