The free solutions that are available are great for the price, but if you want a fluid and stable experience, GoToAssist Express is the best. I decided to check it out and think the product is perfect. I'm a small business owner and use VNC products at the moment to get the same result but often times I need a lot of info from the customer. I love this product but for me it's a bit expensive at $69 a month. For what I do VNC works just fine but I would love to use gotoassist-express on a daily basis if my business increases. For now I'll keep using my 30 day trial and probably get a day pass when I need it. Thanks for introducing me to this great product. (yes it can be done). Also what about VNC or my personal favourite version TightVNC which can also be installed remotely using fastpush. How does GTA compare to these free tools?
