Grow Your Business Using GoToAssist Express

« Previous | Next »

I’ve talked several times about GoToAssist Express. We’ve even done several videos in the past months where we featured the product. However, I realized today that I’ve not sat down and written a post about this excellent piece of software from my own point of view.

If you are a tech or small business owner, you know that your time is valuable. Sure, you charge your customers when you make “house calls.” However, it costs you time and money to get in your car and drive to their place. If you were to use GoToAssist, you wouldn’t have to spend that money, thus beefing up your bottom line. You won’t have gas expense. You won’t have to grab lunch or dinner on the road. You won’t have to spend time traveling… allowing you to help more customers in a day. Simply install GoToAssist Express, and have your customer do the same. You can then connect right to their machine from your home or office, and do the things you need to do.

Install updates to their machines and software. Diagnose problems using the comprehensive reports that GoToAssist gives you. Save yourself a whole lot of time, headaches and money by using a piece of software that will pay for itself in a matter of days. It’s simple to use, and a very powerful tool to have.

Still not sure? Try it yourself for free for 30 days, and I’m willing to bet your tune will change. I use this software regularly, and I have a feeling you would, as well.

Couldn’t you just use remote assistance? or even enable remote desktop remotely? (yes it can be done). Also what about VNC or my personal favourite version TightVNC which can also be installed remotely using fastpush. How does GTA compare to these free tools?

i actually used go2assist express helping someone resolve problems on their pc. (maybe this wouldnt happen if they had a mac) lol.

thanks for referring me Chris

I saw another post of yours about Virtual Machines and you mentioned gotoassist-express. I decided to check it out and think the product is perfect. I’m a small business owner and use VNC products at the moment to get the same result but often times I need a lot of info from the customer. I love this product but for me it’s a bit expensive at $69 a month. For what I do VNC works just fine but I would love to use gotoassist-express on a daily basis if my business increases. For now I’ll keep using my 30 day trial and probably get a day pass when I need it. Thanks for introducing me to this great product.

Why pay to use gotoassist when crossloop is free and does the same thing?

GoToAssist seems like an excellent software; I wish I had the time to try it for free to check if it fits with me and what I do. What I am going to do therefore is go back when I have a little bit more time so I thank you for this. I am keeping your post for the same reason.

[...] Chris wrote a blog called Grow Your Business Using GoToAssist Express. It is a great introduction to why companies need GoToAssist Express for their remote support [...]

I just experienced GoToAssist Express for the first time and was very impressed. The free solutions that are available are great for the price, but if you want a fluid and stable experience, GoToAssist Express is the best.
