You like us. You really like us. You like us too much. You like us so much that you've been overwhelming our Web server. We're getting about a million hits a day now. Before you start drooling, remember: I said HITS. That is not the same thing as unique impressions. Far from it. All those images start to add up. So, I'm gonna try to keep the GIF and JPEG count extremely low on this blog for the time being. Gretchen shall follow suit. Or dress, because she hates to wear suits (as do I).

Jake and Furo are working on moving the images over to our other (Lyris) server, which should provide us with load balancing. Seems that those pretty pictures could have been the problem all along. We loves us our graphicals, though. Can't go without them, now… can we?
