Too many links and editing made wikipedia an unattractive option but it has good authentic content. I think Knol will provide a lot more competition to the article directories than it will Wikipedia or other similar sites. Their perspectives are a little more ‘techie’… the reasons I adore them ….on second thought I might add something liiiike how to fix a mouse with duct tape.
