I have been working on a similar solution for online communities and blogs, I am pretty excited to see this thing in action!-Peter

I saw this coming a long time ago; development of a dynamic revshare platform is quite a huge application and I am blown away they are ready to launch. I'm not truly bugged by the small adds at the bottom of your stream. Also, I don't begrudge people like yourselves making cash out of what they do. I guess this kinda thing was inevitable with the take over of Youtube by Google. TV has adverts, so why shouldnt we expect the likes of Youtube to do so also.On the flip side adverts can be annoying. For example, when watching your live stream the adds make it difficult to read the chat dialog. Also, how much control do we want to give to the likes of Google as to what we see by way of ads. I find Google mail a prime example in this regard. Targeted advertising based on the content of our emails being read....Do we just accept this as part of the package (and yes it's a great one) or change provider? I dunno.I thought you made a good point on your stream about finding a reputable pc repair guy....you said that you wouldn't sell a certain brand of pc in a store you worked for (HP I think) and that sometimes you cared too much and that got you in trouble with
your employers. Should we accept a pc just because a company has a monopoly? No way!! The point is, some find the level of control and the leverage that Google have pretty repugnant. Should we do something just because it makes us a buck or two?Again, who am I to Judge?I find it interesting that the majority of so called sponsored V-Blogs/Streams that feature ads and recommendations, rarely feature open source software or charitable causes. Whereas will readily promote something like the xbox or a new game.Well, money makes the world go round and Google makes the web go round. Maybe we just have to accept it.JJLiverpool, UK

Chris

Have watched your web stream for about 6 months. Enjoy the show very much.
