The add-in program for Google Maps will not work with Microsoft 2007 Outlook. With Microsoft 2007 Outlook Program installed, I attempted to use the add-in program for Goggle Maps. The installation program would get about 2/3 complete when an error note would appear looking for a particular file which was not available. Then the next time I tried to open Microsoft 2007 Outlook, the error note would reappear asking me if I wanted to fix it, Yes or No. If you clicked of yes, it would repeat the same error as initial installation. If you clicked No, it would say google maps was being loaded with reduced capability. I reported the problem to Microsoft and tonight they called to tell me that they did not support the Google ad-in maps program and it's inclusion in Microsoft 2007 Outlook installation was not their responsibility. I don't understand how Microsoft can include the Add-in map program in their installation disk and then claim that support was not their responsibility.
