Yeah, %5 of the end price in my opinion.  Not the %25-40 percent that REI charges.</description>

		<description>Yeah, REI is expensive, but the level of service and support I get from REI are well worth it.
I have been able to return more than a couple of items I&#039;ve purchased at REI that have failed under extreme conditions.  I doubted anyone would even talk to me about the shanks that blew out on my well worn boots, but REI&#039;s &quot;return anything&quot; policy kicked in and I was soon with a brand new pair.
That level of service is worth something IMO.</description>
