One of my friends collaborated online through Google Docs for a school project, and told me how easy and effective the service was. I also started syncing iCal to Google Calendar using Spanning Sync. Knowing that you definitely have everything that you need incase you forget it is a bit more reassuring for me. If Google provided a Document auto-back software option then I think this idea would be completely sold to me, but not quite yet. But I still can’t use their office replacement in my all days life, it’s just not so easy to use like Microsoft products or maybe apples but I haven’t used that on yet. But great to store your data with Google is by installing Gdrive and upload your that on a simple mail account which you can access like a hard drive build in to your computer. Google Docs is one of the best. One of the cool features that Google just added was the ability to have your documents automatically backed up to your local hard drive, so if you didn't have an internet connection, you could still view and edit your files.
