All other installs work fine on my machine and I have spent lots of time online and on the phone with them to no avail. They need to also offer an installshield pack setup for people that may have this glitch and aren't about to reformat for a firewall. Maybe you could ask them??....my case with them isn't that old...week or so. (OK, only about 3 months on with the Win 7 beta, but multiple scans from various anti-malware softwares, a scan of the first 1000 ports at grc.com for common "port holes" have convinced me I'm about as safe as on my Linux boxes.) OTOH, I sure liked the Kerio software firewall, so despite my personal estimate of myself as an "average user" I may pop for the thing anyway.
