I am glad to see MS/Xbox stepping up and doing something for their subscribers although I didnt think they would do anything but apologize. I have called Live support as well as my g/f in the recent week and received nothing but grief and attitude. Seems as if they treat most people that call like a kid that knows nothing about Xbox Live or they way it should be hooked up. I one was very dissapointed I couldnt play my new ROCKBAND over the holiday. Although it was hit and miss it was certainly frustrating. Thanks MS for stepping up.
