In the Pingwellesley Blog Control Panel, click on: Settings &amp; Security, then: Publishing Defaults, as shown below:    2. Scroll to the bottom of the Publishing Defaults screen and click Import/Export.   3. In the Import/Export screen Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Generate Export button:    4. After 4 or 5 minutes, go back to the Import/Export screen and above the Generate Export button, you will see a Download button to download your post exports. The file will be called: blog_export.xml.gz, and will be downloaded to your desktop.    5. Just a heads-up for you that the RSS feed no longer looks like this page should in Thunderbird. When I looked in the message source it&#039;s missing the stylesheet. Oddly enough the last one to show up fine was &#039;From BlogWare to WordPress&#039; :)</description>

		<description>Mark is the man, no doubt. I had to do something similar for a mass Nucleus migration to WordPress and I just redirected to the new domains instead of trying to do a mass lookup between two servers, two blog platforms, with two different permalink styles. Anyways, good luck.
