It's a great tool even if you don't have a business. I like being able to give out my Grand Central number (especially on applications, surveys, etc.) instead of my regular home number. The few solicitation calls I have gotten, I've been able to go into my Grand Central account and mark as spam. Now when they call, my phone never rings and they do not have the option to leave a message. This could also be a wonderful tool for anyone that doesn't have caller id or for someone that is visually impaired since callers must verbally identify themselves before you accept the call.
