I ujsed to get colds and whatnot all the time, so this is a bi relief for me. My glands got swollen and I am tired but feeling better. I am taking Trader Joe's Emergen-Cee powder(1000mgs) and some propolis goop from Whole Foods that my sister swears by. I didn't know you were not on Tech tv any more.....their loss!! But I am glad for your site and the inspiration that is being received from a geek wannabe like me.
