If there is a little white visible, then they're the perfect length. If they go past your fingertip, it's time for a trim. Instead of nail clippers, get a pair of manicure scissors. They have better results. Most importantly: DO NOT BITE YOUR NAILS! It is the greatest turn off besides super long nails. I hate super short nails on a guy.
